In today’s prop and cosplay world, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. We want to make sure you have the best experience with your Star Wars Costume, Cosplay, Prop, or Armor purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

In-stock items will ship within 2 business days from your purchase. Custom-made costumes, helmets, and props that require painting or manufacturing will take anywhere between 2-8 weeks depending on the size of your order. Additional shipping fees that cannot be calculated by the Wix website builder may apply for overseas or west coast large orders.  That amount will be determined and communicated when the item is boxed and weighed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

We do not accept returns for custom-made products. We do guarantee that your order will arrive undamaged and as described. It is our goal to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their order. Though we do not accept returns we may accept an exchange or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
